Heidelberg Automatic Blanket Washcloth Rolls – Plastic Core Recycling

To compliment our Fogra approved blanket washcloth mini roll range (Fibrewipe), as the only designated blanket washcloth convertors in the UK we’re able to offer our customers and selected distributors a free plastic core collection.  We can re-use the plastic washcloth cores upto 6 times, saving tonnes of plastic waste every month!

How it works..

We supply specially designed core boxes to any Fibrewipe customer, once the core boxes are full (fabric free), we arrange collection free of charge, once returned we inspect and re-use without any negative affect on performace, once the plastic core has reached it’s life span we send off to our plastic recyling partner where the cores are chipped and re-used for various HDPE hard plastic products.
